Jordan Ford

Jordan Ford is our Business Operations and Human Resource Manager. Her move to Financial Insights combines some of her favorite worktime passions: business management, financial health and supporting staff aspirations and strengthening teamwork in her organizations. Formerly in Healthcare Business Management, Jordan loves to create positive change and growth in businesses. She also owns and runs a local event space here in Tacoma.

Jordan grew up in Tacoma and this community is an important part of her life. She graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies & Interdisciplinary Arts and prior to that she was part of the first graduating class of Tacoma School of the Arts. Jordan was awarded Business Examiner’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2011. She has served as President on the boards of Tacoma Executive Association and Young Professionals Network and is a member of Tacoma Pierce County Chamber of Commerce. She takes pride in being a part of and serving our community.

Jordan lives in the North End with her daughter, dog and cat. She enjoys the arts, aerial silks and exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
