A Tacoma native, Cesia is passionate about building a meaningful career in the city she calls home. She graduated in 2024 from the University of Washington Tacoma’s Milgard School of Business with a degree in Business Management, bringing a strong foundation of leadership, organization, and hospitality to her role at Financial Insights Wealth Management.

Her journey with Financial Insights began as a summer intern, where she quickly and deeply connected with the firm’s values, collaborative culture, and mission to serve clients with integrity and care. Now, in her full-time role, Cesia  supports both clients and advisors, while continuing to deepen her knowledge of the financial planning industry.

Motivated by both personal and professional development, Cesia is known for her people-first mindset. Though new to the financial field professionally, her interest in financial planning began early. She has long enjoyed building budgets and creating financial tools for friends and family, reflecting her genuine enthusiasm for helping others feel confident in their ability to build strong financial futures.

She is proud to be part of a firm whose values align with her own and looks forward to growing not only within Financial Insights, but alongside the community it is dedicated to serving.
